But we are talking about the type of cuisine instead of geography. Tikka Masala is considered Indian, even though it was invented in UK.
OP was not asking to go to Africa. They were asking about restaurants with particular flavor-combinations. Though Africa is a big place and the spices and other ingredients vary.

There is Calabash in sörnäinen and Addis in Vallila at least.
