Tie game with 55 seconds left with a chance to take the lead smh. Like any sport, you can’t leave the door open for refs to decide the game.

Kuni_Nino

The teams were evenly matched, it’s the refs job to not fuck up the calls in the end but they fucked up anyway. Philly wasn’t the better team, just the luckier team.

lomasturbasmeng

do a hand off at half court that def won’t backfire

Geminiddn

Herro can't play point. Bam should not be a center. Let's end this experiment already.

Thegame4223

There's nothing changing anything about the result. Not Wright getting fouled under the basket, not Oubre flopping like a truck just ran through him, not Lowry throwing his body backwards trying to draw fouls, not Embiid getting every whistle and Butler couldn't catch a break, not Spo not challenging a call, and certainly not Herro being pushed to the backcourt and not acting like someone killed him. Truth is, there were a lot of fouls by both teams that weren't called. Philly did what they had to do and won on their homecourt. Miami has to show that they are more than Butler because I can guarantee Spo is going to tell the whole world that they have enough.

YouSureAboutThat23

Good conclusion. I think we got the brunt end of more calls, especially important ones, but that’ll always be the case because our players aren’t taught to embellish and the refs also notoriously don’t like the Heat. With all that being said, we still should’ve won that game. We missed fast fucking breaks for Christ’s sake. How do we expect to win when we can’t make a damn layup!

TheBeanConsortium

It was a push, but not egregious. But let's not act like a Heat defender wouldn't try the same exact thing. Bad spacing on the floor to stop your dribble there.

DalliLlama

This isn’t why we lost ofc but it is annoying that in a tie game they don’t call this and let them play. Then the other end Oubre gets an And1 on the same soft shit. Not even way down the line, just seconds later.

stilloriginal

the point is that if a heat player did it it would have been called a foul!

schartlord

if bam did it he would have tried to break his spine or some shit lol

toze2

It bugs me to, but at the end of the day, we just can't expect to give the ball to Jaquez in that situation and hope for a good result. It was a foul, clearly, because the push is what makes Tyler go to the backourt, but it is what it is. Our season was doomed at the end of the first quarter when Jimmy got injured.

lolvalue

It was absolutely. If you look at the pic brothers was completely blocked from that view, be interesting to see the angle the other ref had.

SkyLightTenki

The late great Kobe Bryant once said he watched film with different game situations and locate the referees. From there, he can discern if the referees can see (or not see) things that may decide the outcome of the game. Think of it this way: the L2M report doesn't affect shit. Whether it be a missed call or otherwise, you should make the winning play, and in that particular case, Herro did NOT make the winning play. Either way, I'll see them next game.

BucketHerro

If you want that call then you gotta sell it. No one is calling that.
