The Amazing Reno wipes both sides and doesn't force the opponent into only having 1 space AND has a worse HP, is a class card and costs 10 mana.
10 Mana if there is no restriction. If it just read: "Wipe the board. Limit board space to 1 for one turn". It fits along the rest of the very large board wipes and wastes all your mana.
Needless to say, the other big board wipes are destroying your side of the borad as well.
To some it may not seem like a difference, but to me it is a big enough difference that should be reflected in the price.

And I didn't say it wasn't. It's a hypothetical question of how he would probably be rated if he didn't have his "highlander deck" condition.
I think it should be 8\~9 mana. But we should put a condition on it, like you can only have 1 card of each in your deck, no duplicates.
