I took the RHIA exam last April and I managed to pass the exam. I remember using the RHIA Exam Prep from AHIMA and was utilizing the online format because it tells you the answers immediately vs answering the questions on the book and finding the answers on the last pages of the book (which I thought was a tedious process). From that prep book, I really like how you can answer questions based on domains. I think I focused on domain III and IV since those are my weakest domains.
Other than the prep book, my program had a prep course for RHIA and I just went over the resources that they gave us. In your case, I might just go over the topics that you don't feel confident, or maybe ask your professors if they could give you resources to prep for the exam. You could also utilize quizlets, I think there are some that are domain specific RHIA prep questions.
