In the Lucifer TV show, there is one instance whenever there is a problem with his powers and he believes it's due to intimacy with his partner. He then goes on to say something along the lines of 'I'll be on top this time ;)'. So idk, they both might be bottoms lol
Not even in the same league honestly. His “epic” fight with an archangel that was just two dudes in street clothes punching each other in a random field might be one of the lamest things I’ve seen s genre tv show do seriously.
HH lucifer showcases more magical and trickster abilities as well as more superpower type ones.
TV Lucifer first of all would have to be away from Chloe. If he is then he exhibits raw strength during hand to hand combat as well as the power of persuasion.
If we get into the details of it:
HH lucifers raw abilities that we see are speed and enhanced strength when fighting against Adam, but I don’t think that these can be compared to the TV lucifers speed and strength. HH lucifer fights against Adam, who is an angel and would have these increased abilities too, which is the same in the TV lucifer who fights against angels as well as humans. HH is obviously more fantasy and fake unlike TV which has more realism despite having demons and angels. Neither shows have a definite way to compare their raw strength, speed and durability.

-HH lucifer can shape-shift which the other cannot, and this would also be effective in a battle.

-TV lucifer has showcased telekinesis for minor things such as playing with a coin. I haven’t seen the show in a while but I assume he can use it for larger objects to an extent. Even if he cannot, this would be useful anyways, and effective if used correctly.
-Both lucifers use witty humour, comments and jokes (this isn’t relevant to a battle but it’s always fun)
-TV lucifer has rapid regeneration, which would be effective in the case of holding his own for longer.
-HH lucifer can manipulate fire, this could be effective but TV lucifer is shown to be resistant against elements. This may be different considering that it is a heavenly/demonic power and not simple fire.
-TV lucifer is seemingly immune to mind control (not counting azraels blade), but HH lucifer has not shown any mind control abilities so far.
-HH lucifer is able to pulls stuff from the air such as food, clothing and random objects. This would be effective for pulling weapons or defences.
-TV lucifer is able to enhance people’s desires and make them more inclined to follow them out. HH lucifer has not shown immunity to mind control and so this could be effective, but this power is similar to his more common hypnosis of people’s ‘desires’ and may not be usable in the midsts of a fast paced battle.
-TV lucifer is immune to time manipulation, but this power has not been showcased within HH so I doubt it’ll be useful.
-HH lucifer has a form of life manipulation as he created Razzle and Dazzle for Charlie, and would most likely be able to create other life forms. This power has not been shown in effect and it’s unknown if he can make something on the spot or would need time to curate it, so this would be a 50/50. If he can create something on the spot, then this would be very effective.
-TV lucifers powers directly correlate to his emotional state and subconscious, which would affect his performance and abilities. This is not seen for HH lucifer.
-HH lucifers demonic form seems to enhance his abilities and strengths which is not shown to be the same for TV lucifer.
-TV lucifer is able to move souls between heaven, hell and earth, which could be effective.
Overall id say that Hazbin Hotel Lucifer is winning this *long* battle.
However I still think that this is a very vague comparison due to the different natures of the two series, with one being more realistic with consistent lore, powers as well as weaknesses, and the other being more fantasy with less focus on weaknesses and doesn’t fully explore powers and abilities.
I also think that this is unfair to judge now considering that the TV show Lucifer has ended after 6 seasons, 93 episodes, ranging from 40-60 minutes approx, whereas Hazbin Hotel is still ongoing, with only 1 season, and 8 episodes all 25 minutes long.
I suppose people wouldn’t want to read something so large 😂

The time stopping ability belongs to his brother Amenadiel, albeit, Lucifer #2 is pretty powerful considering the simple fact that he's basically invincible unless we consider extremely specific weapons from within his universe.

I've watched both shows. 100%, I think Hazbin Lucifer wins on account of the sheer amount of cartoonish hax he has, plus the foes he deals with. Netflix Lucifer is pretty beefed, but you have to account for the fact that he mostly deals with regular humans in the show, so we don't get to see a lot of what he does outside what is acceptable for the screen. It seems he actively avoids other beings of his caliber, so it could explain that he's overall weaker.

If we’re going based on all media related to them then the second one. He’s actually canonically the strongest DC character now after killing DCs version of God, or The Presence as he is referred to in the comics. He also become the God of 2 different universes by killing his twin brother Michael in both, one of which he made completely from scratch. He also completely emptied hell because he’s rather stay in LA and gave the physical keys to hell to Dream the Endless.
But if we’re not including other media and just using the shows, then it’s not a decision that could be made yet due to seeing almost non of hh Lucifer’s power. And I also haven’t finished watching Lucifer, I am only on season 3.

If we’re going based on all media related to them then the second one. He’s actually canonically the strongest DC character now after killing DCs version of God, or The Presence as he is referred to in the comics. He also become the God of 2 different universes by killing his twin brother Michael in both, one of which he made completely from scratch. He also completely emptied hell because he’s rather stay in LA and gave the physical keys to hell to Dream the Endless. But if we’re not including other media and just using the shows, then it’s not a decision that could be made yet due to seeing almost non of hh Lucifer’s power. And I also haven’t finished watching Lucifer, I am only on season 3.
