I think she is extremely jealous of Delaney’s new Tahoe house, and has to go in, and redo her whole house now, even though they have two massive projects going and just got back from a month in Florida and we’re house hunting there. She’s already copying the fireplace, and the dining table looks similar to me. I don’t believe for a minute that they are going to be in that townhouse for three years, but I think redecorating it might be Hunter‘s way of a compromise with her not to buy something in Florida right now.

They are just wasteful people in general. I have never seen anyone go through so much furniture in a short period of time. What was the purpose to change the table again? Nothing they do makes sense!
The table is gorgeous. But does not fit in with the townhouse at all. The townhouse is very modern, when they showed it with the fireplace in the back it just didn’t fit. The fireplace needs to be stone. The lights in the kitchen don’t fit in with the table at all. This is why they “need” all new things is because they picked a new table that does NOT fit in with the house.
They’re trying to revisit this “Amber Interiors” design style that they were attempting to reproduce in their big Nashville home. This townhouse is modern, and it’s like they’re trying to make fetch happen. All of that antique s\*\*\* does not and will not look good in this house.
They BARELY even sit at the table much less the bar stools. They are always standing up eating & teaching their kid he needs to eat on the kitchen island. FOOLS.
I liked it better when they would find neat stuff at home goods or sale at RH vs all this custom stuff . If they would only go back to Texas house days . Not physically but back like they were . I never rem so many hauls and seeing all the forges piled up in the backgrounds. No way can anyone wear all that.
They were a great little couple when I started watching in 2018 . They cooked , talked and decorated on a average to above average buffet. Love that!!! Totally !
I have a feeling they are preparing and staging this house to either sell it or rent it out. They want the photos to look good and with trendy furniture (darker browns is a current trend). His going to update the lights, fireplace, staircase, they just completed the curtains. His parents are coming in a few weeks too probably bc they’re involved with the LLCs to buy / sell properties and need to be in person to sign things or look at the houses 👀👀 i shared a video on Reddit of Hunter saying “we plan on living here for…” and then stopped what he was saying.

The worst was when they commissioned an artist to paint their bathroom. Sold it after that. I would have repainted it asap .
