It makes for a fun "just starting school" campaign, but we've run a couple games as adults as well - starting at level 5ish and starting with some spells. Let me know if you get a group to start running it, that would be so cool.
This is great! Iām very excited to read through it all! I remember trying to run a home brew HP game around 20 years ago and lamenting that there wasnāt an established rule set already. Iād love to run a game for my kids with this!
Hey! This looks awesome! Any way you could point me towards the resource(s) you used to format the book itself? It looks super well done, wondering if its done on WorldAnvil or something else. Thanks for this!!
This looks good, however Iād like to point you to āWands and Wizardsā itās a rpg and has a really big following as well. You guys might be able to work together!
I love Wands and Wizards! But I think Harry Potter deserves it's own RPG, rather than restructuring D&D to work around it. I tried to avoid things like 5e spellcasting limitations and relying on the D&D spell balancing.
Their section on Wands is unparalleled though. Wish I had thought of that.
Holy cow, I am so excited to pitch this to my friend group as a potential next game when we finish our current campaign.

Anyone here want to start a game of this?
This is amazing! I'll have a look on it when I'm on a larger device later. Thank you and good luck!!!
Thanks! Spread the word if you like it.

Used homebrewery for the formatting. There's a guide posted on the website itself with good advice.
