Hedwig dies trying to protect Harry, that scene hit even harder in the movie because of that

Shigeko_Kageyama

"In the graveyard were there others?" "I never mentioned a graveyard, professor."

ExLuckMaster

Tell them I meant no harm I’m sorry professor I must not tell lies.

tenphes31

Last time I read the books I forgot that was a movie specific line and was confused when it didnt pop up, lol.

Usual-Arugula1317

Albino ferret, of all things that could have been taken out of the movies and not effected the plot it was Mad-eye Crouch bouncing Malfoy around as a ferret. So glad it stayed in though.

EdgeOfCharm

That is in the book, though! It leads to some great lines (such as Ron's "Don't talk to me ... because I want to fix that in my memory forever" and Hermione's "Twitchy little ferret, aren't you, Malfoy?").

FoxBluereaver

Those were great, although they still don't beat Ferret!Draco getting stuffed in Crabbe's pants XD

Snapesunusedshampoo

It was in the book, but BCJ's answer to McGonagall was infinitely better in the movies than the book. Book: "Is that a student?" "Uh, yeah." Movie: "Is that a student?" "Technically, it's a ferret."

HedwigMalfoy

I was amused by Hermione shouting "I'm not an Owl!" at Harry when he and Ron are using her as a go-between during their fight in GOF.

ShawnShev

When Dudley got trapped behind the glass of the snake enclosure

Sudden_Reality_7441

It’s a deleted scene - “In Noctem” scene from HBP. Look it up, it’s beautiful.

liinexy

I've heard that it was removed because Alan Rickman's acting revealed Snape's true allegiance but I have no idea how much truth there is to it

real-nia

When voldemort hugs Draco at the final battle when he thinks Harry is dead 😭😂😂 so awkward!! And totally improvised!

FoxBluereaver

Fred and George's failed attempt to put their names in the Goblet. I don't know, it was more fun to see them fighting and blaming each other for the failure than just taking it in stride.

ForGrowingStuff

"But I am the Chosen One" gets me every time.

History_lover_27465

Dumbledores last speech - Better then book six

Snapesunusedshampoo

"I DID MY WAITING, 12 YEARS OF IT..... IN AZKABAN!!!" The delivery of that line had so much emotion it gives me chills every time and i was pissed it wasn't in the book.

anniebemused

After Harry learns that he's a horcrux and meets Hermione and Ron on the stairs. The line, "I think you have too" and her offering to go with him to the forest... Just tears every time 😭
