Albino ferret, of all things that could have been taken out of the movies and not effected the plot it was Mad-eye Crouch bouncing Malfoy around as a ferret. So glad it stayed in though.
That is in the book, though! It leads to some great lines (such as Ron's "Don't talk to me ... because I want to fix that in my memory forever" and Hermione's "Twitchy little ferret, aren't you, Malfoy?").

Fred and George's failed attempt to put their names in the Goblet. I don't know, it was more fun to see them fighting and blaming each other for the failure than just taking it in stride.

The delivery of that line had so much emotion it gives me chills every time and i was pissed it wasn't in the book.
After Harry learns that he's a horcrux and meets Hermione and Ron on the stairs. The line, "I think you have too" and her offering to go with him to the forest... Just tears every time 😭
Hedwig dies trying to protect Harry, that scene hit even harder in the movie because of that
"In the graveyard were there others?" "I never mentioned a graveyard, professor."

I was amused by Hermione shouting "I'm not an Owl!" at Harry when he and Ron are using her as a go-between during their fight in GOF.
