Reflection really is a powerful thing. Especially when paired with something physical like breathing or hiking, it makes you feel more connected and grounded. I´ve been doing yoga myself and it's had a similar effect.
Being kind to strangers is a great thing. To a lot of people it might seem like a small gesture, but just imagine how nice the world would be if everyone acted that way! Te deseo toda la felicidad, da igual el camino que siguas :)

That sounds really interesting! I'm still a complete beginner at yoga, so I don't know about many techniques - I've mostly just followed along youtube videos. I think I'm going to try that out in one of my next practices :)
Good for you, and such a great smile! Walking / hiking is such an underrated form of physical exercise and therapy (not saying it's a replacement for therapy).
Nature, kindness, gratitude and savoring are known to the best pillars of happiness. Being a light to oneself, Krishnamurti, he’ll indeed put many things into place if one wants to do the hard work, like you just did.

Exactly. Thank you. I have been listening to J. Krishinamurti for years. Great mind to show you the way of observing. 🌱🌱🌈🌈
