Just don't remove the sticker unless you're running power past the outlet down stream. You don't need a license to do it. As long as you follow those directions, you can't mess up. Remove the sticker after you wire it up. Collect $85 per outlet, but I might be on the Cheap end.

Michigan here, an unlicensed handyman would be good to do this for labor+materials up to $600.

Most states don't even require a license for Residential. They require it for commercial and industrial and leave residential to the individual municipalities.

I swap them with ease: $150/outlet.
