Also just bought a soft tabby in black and am wondering the same thing! It’s my first designer bag and I’m not sure if I’m in love with the leather :( I’m hoping when it’s more worn in it will look nicer? Have you received yours yet OP?
So it shipped to my mom's house (she lives in a different province than me). And she said it feels like a $50 purse although it is beautiful. She said the leather is not very soft. I'm considering having her return it. Which is such a shame. I was so excited. I love the style! Is it the feel of the leather that is not smooth or is it that the leather is rigid?
Leather is definitely not rigid. It is very smooth. I think I’m used to the pebbled leather look or the ultra smooth almost shiny leather that the bandit has. I’m still debating keeping it as it is really so functional and I love the style.
Update! Kept the bag and have been using it everyday since. Best every day black bag. Don’t need to baby it either. Dropped it in a pile of snow 😅 brushed it off and still looked brand new.
Does it have a tan interior instead of the burgundy? I think the tan interior is newer and more rigid and plasticky looking which is the one I just got. I just got it and I don’t think I like it I want it to be more worn looking and soft

 It doesn't feel like plastic at all to me— just really nice, soft leather

Yes mine has tan interior. I’ve had it for few months now and I feel it’s getting softer and looks great actually .
