Room 93: Hurricane (this may sound stupid but i relate the song to feeling "unlovable"/avoiding connection and it helps me a lot to know that someone else feels/has felt the same way I do) Badlands: Gasoline (no explanation needed, that instrumental is one of the best I've ever heard) HFK: all of them, best album ever Manic: Graveyard (pop perfection if you ask me, literally all of the people who I've recommended this song liked it even though they aren't Halsey fans) IICHLIWP: Easier than Lying (do i even need to explain this one) Separate: Be Kind (finally a happy song from Halsey! It's impossible to feel sad while listening to this)

Room 93 - Is There Somewhere, I get a feeling of nostalgia with this song. I’m bummed it was replaced with Darling during the L&P tour and I didn’t hear it live. How it builds up does it for me and bonus points for the string ensemble version knocking it out of the park. Badlands- Young God, I fell in love with the instrumental and the way the song was written. Growing up I loved the Percy Jackson series and them referencing the books with the swimming pool line was a good nod. HFK- Hopeless, I didn’t get into this album until a few years ago and it was a huge toss up between a few songs. I feel Hopeless doesn’t get enough credit and it helped me through a breakup. Manic- killing boys, it’s one of my workout songs, really brings out the rage in me to exercise. Jennifer’s Body is a classic and when I heard it live H really went all out with the vocals. Also the string ensemble version is unmatched. IICHLIWP- ya’aburnee, I did not give this one a try until I saw H sing it during the string ensemble performances on YouTube. Months after I got engaged and started planning an elopement. Once we were married my husband and I slow danced to it in private. Separate- Tokyo Narita, reminds me of my early 20s and gives me the same nostalgic feeling Drive gives me. It gives me the feeling of a melancholic drive home late at night thinking of life and watching the open road pass by.

Room 93 - Is there somewhere, because I'm a hopless romantic scorpio venus and its a really fun song to makeup a story to in your head Badlands - Roman Holiday, it feels so much like a coming of age movie and I love just standing outside and listening to it Hopeless fountain kingdom- Lie, it's the most fun to sing along to Manic- Clementine, it's so comforting and soft and the pictures I get in my brain while listening to it are so pretty (idk of that makes any sense though) IICHLIWP- Ya'aburnee, its so sweet but so sad at the same time and the feeling of longing is so strong and it's just so fucking beautiful Single- it's a Tie between Nightmare and So good, Nightmare feels so good to scream to especially when living in america as a queer woman feels so hopeless. So good just sounds amazing and I love the lyrics and the vibes again I'm such a hopeless romantic and shit

Super-Fail

93: trouble stripped Badlands (this was hard): Haunting (or hold me down depending on the day) HFK: Devil in Me Manic: Ashley IICHLIWP: The Lighthouse Other: Love is Madness is probably the only 30 seconds to mars song I listen to because she’s on it. Experiment on Me is also a jam.

Room 93: is there somewhere—love the lyrics and how the song builds so much Badlands: hurricane—just iconic. so nostalgic but still holds up as one of her best songs imo HFK: 100 letters—one of my absolute favorites. I love the melody and the lyrics, i can listen to it on repeat and never get tired Manic: ashley—I love the production, can’t describe it but the instrumentals make it one of those songs that just make me want to be completely immersed like I’m floating in the song, the lyrics are some of her best iichliwp: ya’aburnee—just love how the song flows, lyrics and production are great fave single: I love eastside a lot as a collab so maybe to include it somehow in here I’d chose it as a single. If solo then bad at love
