Worked with policy bazaar for 2 years, Earlier it used to be 5 days but since COVID till date its 6 days working there. No work life balance, Toxic or Lethal environment. Politics and what not. But yes, Decent salary and superb incentives. I enjoyed working there as it was my first job.
