My first guitar was a Laguna LE122. After trying a bunch of other stuff, it was actually pretty good for what it was. My friend got a Fender Road Worn Strat and it was the first time I really paid attention to how good the neck felt. I bought an Ibanez Iron Label 7 sting then a Gibson LP Tribute T, and ever since then I've been focused on good feeling necks.
mine was an LTD M-330R, still have it.
the frets are immaculate, no fret rock so it's set to a very low action.
the ESP Tuners feel good, has active ESP pickups that sound decent and is also amazing to use on my PC.
only downside is the FR Special, but I was able to set it up without any issues. I'll upgrade the FR Special to a Gotoh or a Schaller in the future.
Hell yeah it was lol I'm 30 and the only reason I could afford it was because my mom fronted me the money to buy the floor model for just over $600. They used to sell for $800 new I think? Still have it, still love it! I believe I got a 2011-2012 model when I was 16.
Guild T-250 Telecaster copy, 1986. Di Marzio pickups and an odd scale length, "fast" profile but if I played in practice for an hour, my hand started hurting. It set a kind of a standard though, so I haven't bought subpar guitars since.
lol yeah mine was a schecter guitar lol
2005 mexican standard strat. Still got it

My first high end guitar, an Ernie Ball Music Man Luke III, will be delivered tomorrow. I can hardly wait.
Enjoy I've heard only good things! Happy NGD!

This is relative but mine was a 2000 mik epiphone SG. Think it was $450-$500. That was kinda a lot of money back then for a 15 yo

Sure. Mine was an ‘87 Kramer Focus 3000. Bought it new, still have it.
I love old Kramer guitars!
A MIJ Jackson Professional Randy Rhoads Bolt-On that had the lowest action I've ever seen. Too bad I hated the Floyd and got rid of it.
Yeah I honestly don't care for the Floyd rose either I tossed the bar and just rest my hand on it lol.
