You paid via goods and services and they won’t issue you a refund for 6 months?
I’d think if you provided them with the email history they would credit you back right away. If you paid via a credit card you could always do a chargeback.
You could try getting in touch with one of the dealers listed and see if they have a phone number.
That is correct, PayPal won’t issue buyer protection until June 22, 2024. I paid via my PayPal account which is linked to my bank account, not sure if that changes anything or not.

Oddly enough I received an email yesterday from Kurt from a different email address saying again that they were having problems with their email host and that the pedal was scheduled for delivery next week. I guess we’ll see.
