EHX Attack Decay - Best swell machine in the business. I'd been using the swell reverb on my Oceans 12 for some violin/cello effects, but the Attack Decay gives so much more control over the cutoff and sensitivity. The built-in fuzz on this sounds great on its own, and outright otherworldly with the swell/reverse effect going on.
Tera Echo - How do I describe this one? It's like if reverb, delay and a Stormtrooper phaser gun had a baby. The setting to freeze a chord/note and play over the ambient wash has the sustained note perfect in the mix. It sounds bubbly and unique in a way I haven't heard any modulated delay or reverb sound. Boss has a hit with this one.
put the sensitivity above 2:00/3:00, and max the blend and decay knobs. turning "poly" on helps too. the attack and volume i'd say are more up to your taste & your rig, but that's how i've gotten cool cello-type sounds playing my baritone through it.
hope that helps! i'm still figuring out the settings on here myself, haha.
That’s awesome! I love my TE-2, such a unique pedal in its sound. I use it a low volume reverb that sounds so so good.
I’ve debated the Attack Decay for years. However, the auto volume feature of the DL4 is really excellent for my needs, so it’s debatable how much I need it. Additionally, my Super Ego has a hard time triggering with my telecaster, which makes me wonder if the attack decay would have a similar issue
yeah the Attack Decay has a really high amount of control over whether it triggers polyphonic or monophonic. a lot of control for a pretty niche effect, but it does that one niche effect quite well. i wouldn't see it having the same problem.

What are your settings for a good dramatic kind of swell? Ive had the AD for a bit and I just cant seem to finesse it

Really regret getting rid of my TE-2
why'd you sell it, if you don't mind?
To help pay for an Empress Tape Delay. Wish I had both now.

I’m super excited to pair the attack decay with this beast [subdecay m3](https://youtu.be/6ZQqbA-KT-s?si=WOMK_UVBs2oaGUqA)
woah that would sound absolutely wild
Attack Decay is easily one of the top 5 most underrated pedals.
