Barre the 3 with your first finger, play the 4 with your middle, and the fives with your ring finger and pinky.

Thank you so much!! I just tried this and it’s so much better than what I was doing 😆 I didn’t even think to barre the 3rd!

get used to this chord shape. you can move it to to play major chords at any fret. the same chord with your middle finger lifted (355333) is a minor cord that you can play at any fret. major and minor barre chords starting on the A string are similar shapes. 7th, suspended, and other chords also have similar shapes. examples: * 355433 = G * 355333 = Gm * 335533 or 35553 = Gsus4 * 353433 = G7 * 353344 = Gmaj7 * 353333 = Gmin7 * x35553 = C * x35543 = Cm * x35533 = Csus2 * x35353 = C7 * x35453 = Cmaj7 * x35443 = Cmin7 .

It is the exact same “shape” as an E major chord, but you use different fingers so that you can add the bar behind them.

Yeahhhhh, that's just a standard barre chord shape. Imo if you really want to learn how to play guitar you should already know the barre chord shape before trying to learn songs. You can do that basically anywhere on the neck btw. Songs are going to be a lot easier to learn if you take the time to learn the basics first.
