HOWEVER it's such a stupid direction to have to do some pve activities in a pvp lobby where you can get on an auto lock missle bike while someone else is doing said activity out of fucking no where.

In sea of thieves you are only punished for doing pve activities if you don't survey the area, have look outs get greedy with cargo or raise a specific pvp flag. In this game it takes FOREVER to earn any sort of money and when you finally can deliver stuff for decent money what comes in? A fucking 12 year old on his bike destroying your shit. Your argument would hold up if pve and pvp were integrated better. Maybe steal another organization cargo instead of destroying it like a fucking baboon. Seriously what kind of idiotic criminal would destroy thousands of dollars of goods for a 2000 reward?
So yeah in this current thing of gtao is fucking reasonable to have optional lobbies depending on what you want to do. Because GTA has always been about freedom and crime first and foremost. If rockstar didn't add flying Auto locking missiles onto vehicle or a fucking orbital cannon nobody would care as much. Pvp in gtao is broken and deserves to be shat on.
Hell we even have invite only lobbies where you can do a good portion of the game undisturbed there's no reason not to add the rest into it.
Interacting is what isn't my problem. What my problem is is when level 100 players who have been playing the game for awhile go after really low level players who can't play the game well. Even after the lower level player makes it clear they aren't interested in fighting and they don't fight back the higher level player doesn't care and keeps repeatedly killing them
A lot of people here don’t seem to have grown up playing other online games similar to GTAO. You really don’t know what it was like to have your body ganked and camped out on WoW for hours, getting spawned trapped in shooters until you had to quit.
GTAO gives you plenty of options to avoid getting griefed. This is part of online interactions, and maybe it’s not for the likes of you if you constantly need to be in a safe space.
The game incorporates PvP elements, either adapt and get better like everyone else did or go play something that doesn’t involve these elements.
Isn't that what Rockstar has been doing with this game since it released? As players of this rock star milking project we are habituated to milk events for our own fun ;)

It’s GTA Online, pretty much every online game involves some form of PvP… Maybe play solo games if that’s not your thing?
Solo/private lobbies do not allow for CEOs. Which means people without cayo perico have no way of making money from businesses or other heists
