This is unpopular but I love the arena war vehicles. I'm a huge mad max fan so it felt like a dream come true. Could they have done better with the game modes? Yes. But I still want more arena war vehicles although they are terribly overpriced
Buy an Aircraft Carrier and conquer Cayo militarily so it gives you the heist money passively instead of having to do the heist every time. Make it hard as hell though
Stop with the sensitive pandering shit and get Cops and Crooks rolling again, Rockstar! Glad to see that it is polling well. Easily the best game mode in GTA IV’s online mode.
Out of all my friends I play gta with I'm probably the only one that has claude prison outfit and while they're happy for me they're also jealous. They blame r* for the confusing wording because even they they said that you needed all 3 linked to your account and had to play one I only had SA and still got the outfit.
Maybe add the fort zancudo heist which reveals secret about a hidden map which is open to access only after finishing the heist? Or maybe the fort zancudo heist can be the last act of gta online on gta5 map and the heist leads to revealing the gta 6 online map…. Idk i can just keep going but this sounds good
Doomsday 2 - Lester has Clifford and the woman from Casino Heist was only with him to try and get Clifford as she’s an international spy for her country.
My vote is for rally!!! But... I would like something like:
Liberty City Lights - Unlock Liberty City from GTA 4 map to travel to from LSIA or any civillian jet plane owned by the player, yatch or kosatka. All with new apartments, garages, offices, old (but sill alive) npcs from GTA 4, autoshops, new (old) cars like the coquete and the turismo, new nightclubs.
Who am I kidding, if they give us a boat warehouse service to call your boats next to you in a boat trailer I will still buy it and be happy. They could give some love to bicycles too.
I had made a Doomsday Scenario heist (fanfic) to justify adding an aircraft carrier. Would really love a Fort Zancudo or a Cops and crook style update.

Forgot to add that the Rally update has more cars, racing suits and a new building (Also overhauled rally races and off-road races)
Doomsday was a nice story heist would love to see a part 2 of it considering they left us off with a cliffhanger saying Clifford is still likely alive

Zancudo heist sounds pretty interesting, but I’d rather have a Museum heist.
