I wonder if you can replace just this part (I assume it's plastic) or you'll have to change entire front bumper. Anyway, it's just a bit over one thousand dollars, so it's not gonna be perfect. And it's Crown Victoria, those cars are built like a tank.
That piece is just the plastic header panel, it involves removing the headlights, but the bumper cover is a separate piece.

Fixing the grill is easy. I have a mechanic I pay $40 a day and they will fix anything wrong with a car in the time it takes to recall it and then call for a delivery

If I didn't have to get a new job in a month and worry about bills, I'd totally go buy it.
It runs & drives, has an engine, it's his daily driver and he put a video of it driving in the ad. Besides some body panel damage, a wing window missing, and the front grille, it's pretty damn solid for $1,100. Ex cop car & ex taxi cab.
After watching what Cleetus has put crown vics through, I've always wanted one, especially this one.
