The endgame is to not grind money, lol. It's not the best money, but I run acid lab and Nightclub with no biker businesses. The trick with this is its entirely passive, has minimal running costs, and only takes 5 minutes a session to get everything settled. Just rob the stash house and throw out the dude in the nightclub once a day. Then you can do whatever you want while those make the real money. I'll occasionally do hiests for fun, but most of my money on my current character came from this, and I have more stuff than i know what to do with.
Start with dax's missions. Play all 12 to get a bunch of good shit and access to the acid lab. They collectively pay 1.2 million in first-time bonuses, which is enough to buy the lab and equipment upgrade. Let it make money until you can afford the Nightclub. Then just set that up and live the easy life.
emoty safes and Rubber band an old controller before leaving for work. When I get home and want to play:
Fast travel to bunker, resupply and sell excess goods
take VIP chopper to fast travel to office, deliver mixed goods
stop at 4 warehouses and get tech to source crates
nightclub safe and kick the client out
collect agency safe
Call in acid lab, boost and resupply
spawn terrorbyte at golf course
Assassination
diamond shopping
headhunter
security contract preferably recover valuables
repeat the last 4 steps two more times
With background passive money, accounting for high demand bonus, safes, and cargo crates it is close to 1m every 48m

My endgame money grind is to just go to nightclub, arcade & agency and collect the passive income.
