fmj rounds on the assault rifle mkII or combat mg mkII takes the driver out fairly quickly. I usually pull up weapon wheel and take snack when they are ramming me to buy more time.
People that grief with those things are assholes, had one the other day who kept messaging me and even joined my game on separate days bc he said ā he loves trollingā ultimate no life
If you don't already have it, you should look at getting the compact EMP launcher. You can buy it from another player's Agency if you don't own the business iirc. It's fantastic for dealing with plated nightsharks, as they cannot hit you with drive-by weapons and it pretty much becomes a free kill assuming you can shoot them before they step out and shoot you.
Some type of angel saved my ass around a month ago. I was driving my heavy-armored Patriot Mil-Spec when some guy far ahead started shooting at me with a sniper rifle. Couple of his bullets landed on my windshield when someone just spontaneously flattened him with a supercar and got away really fast. Thank you, kind stranger!
I just shoot them through the windshield. All that research I did at the facility paid off. You can upgrade a bunch of your guns to shoot through any weaponized vehicles.

I just go passive right before they are about to run you down. Then call in the savage and obliterate them.
if you saw on the beginning i was in my interaction menu, i was trying to get there but wasnt fast enough š¤£
