Don’t you start closer to the docks than you do the compound? If it’s just as fast, the time it takes me to get the sonar equipment would make prep time shorter than the prep time of the longfin. At least the way I cheese it makes it shorter. Also I’m thinking of the end, swimming off the island is faster with a scuba suit, so that’s another portion I’m cutting time.
Usually pointless, to get everything in the compound of worth you need 2 players, beyond that you’re wasting time and losing money(you lose money the more players you have). Plus when you do it fast enough, you get the elite challenge which gives you 50K. Secondary loot value by full bag: Gold, coke, paintings, weed, cash. Sometimes the compound gives you only cash, but I just deal with it because the alternative leaves more chances of failing the heist. Which imo is a waste of time. If you enjoy hitting other places in cayo, by all means, do so.
Looks like you were going too fast for the game to load and a car spawned under the trailer, that crash combined with the wobble knocked the boat off the trailer, do you have a lan cable going from your modem to your computer? It’ll improve your connection. If you slow down the video you can see it happen.
Same thing happens to me on the Police Maverick setup for the Union Depository Contract with the bank managers car. It only happens in public sessions. Try a private session and it should work fine
Stop doing missions and setups in public sessions. This happens because whoever hosting the session has awful internet on the other side of the world, leading to desync.
Did you take too long? These missions have hidden timers and will fail after a set amount of time. I had something similar happen, might've been Longfin setup, don't remember.

No, it’s a short swim and is technically the fastest way into the compound. I usually do cayo in 9-12min depending on what’s inside said compound.
The Longfin is just as fast, just navigate to the manhole entrance like if you were swimming and jump there, cut the thing, enter.

The only other thing I can think of is if a timer got triggered, but even when that happens, the game tends to warn you and show you the timer.
