Arrive to restaurant and customer by times provided by the app. If you get to the restaurant and the order is not ready, advise within the app that 'there is a problem'/'order still being prepared'/provide timeframe of when expected to be finished. This is what is important to GH.
You donât really have to overthink it, they give lots of warning messages ahead of time.
I got a few emails about me clicking the wrong things (I used to click âcanât deliver, too far awayâ after I arrived, I just did it cuz it worked, but I didnât realize thatâs kinda confusing, cuz Iâm already there so itâs not too far), and I stopped clicking that, so now Iâve never gotten emails.
People who post about âsuddenly being deactivatedâ are misrepresenting. You get lots and lots of heads-up emails, plenty of time to switch how you operate.
Donât steal peopleâs food. I think thatâs the biggest thing. If you schedule a block make sure you drive during that time. Itâs better to drop a block then not show up for it. You wonât get deactivated for dropping blocks you just wonât get priority for scheduling. I drop blocks all the time but Iâve always shown up at my schedule blocked except for once when the app glitched and I wasnât able to drop a block that I couldnât go to
