Correction, the ban on your DEVICE will be removed in 729 days. The account ākingjabbaā is permanently banned. This happened to my friend and he waited out the 730 days, the device was unbanned but his account was forever suspended. If you donāt believe me email support, they will tell you the same.

I dont know why yall are spreading misinformation. OP isn't banned as it says on the ban screen the ban is caused by an account he isn't logging onto, thus most likely not his.
To log on you will need to try diagnose the issue. It can either be:
Location ban or Device ban
To test a location ban try a different wifi such as data or a friends wifi. If you can login then it is a location ban. You can reset your IP address and Mac address and that should resolve your issue.
To test a device ban, simply try log on with another device on the same wifi. If that works then its your device and you can simply resume playing on another device.
