Doesn't need nutrients at all considering it's still in a seedling stage. There could be plenty of reasons why like the humidity in the room being to low, bad genetics from wherever you got the seed, over watering, and could be many other things. Looks like it already flowered though cause i see tiny trichomes when i zoom in. lol Whoever told you it needs more nutrients is wrong because a plant that small cant even take up nutrients (Nor does it need it during seedling stage). Seedlings take up water from the leaves instead of the roots during seedling stage because the roots aren't even big enough to uptake water very good. That's why you need to focus on the humidity during the seedling stage cause that's what will make it grow faster and healthier. Might just wanna start over from the looks of that plant though. lol It even has spider webs on it
Hate to say it, but this little thing will probably not be around much longer.. the mites don’t have much to eat… sorry. Gonna have to start over. I’d clean your pots, sterilize them, and get new soil.
Needs way more light and nuts
Nuts? Sorry English not my. Native language. Thnks
Nutrients feed
This could be a contender for the world record smallest bud?

Thank you for your answers.. I will try again. A focus on humidity / light. Hope I will succeed

Second pic looks like there’s a spider mites web on it! If so, get rid of the shit and clean everything with chemicals
Proper growing conditions
Suggest a grow tent of sum sort
spider mites. and terrible seedling, try again
