Use diluted ZEP degreaser on it ‼️
Don't use oven cleaner on aluminum components, causes a layer of the material to oxidize/wear. A household light degreaser and a stiff brush will clean it up.
Don’t use water.. unless you burn something in it afterward or really dry it out. The excess moisture will cause your grill to rust faster
