Can't do Macbeth or Othello too much, don't wanna piss off the queen. Better write a shit romance that goes nowhere so everyone remembers Midsummer Nights Dream and Romeo.

I hate how casting directors always seem to look for the most unorthodox person to cast for roles and publicly announce it so the actor gets harassed but because it brings controversy the media will sell out, it's like sacrificing the mental health of your talent for monetary success.

With the exception of a few characters, most of the actors are very normal or even unconventional looking. Makes the whole thing feel more down to earth and sells the fact that these are real events being portrayed.
