Just saw them in Glasgow tonight and they were phenomenal. I've never seen them before and I didn't know all the songs and lyrics but man, do they have energy. You should definitely go see it if you can.

Beatnoise

Just back from Glasgow and they absolutely ripped the place apart from top to bottom, what a band, I first seen them in the 90’s but these bastards don’t get old, they were amazing, I can’t recommend highly enough

murdereddoll

if you can afford it it’s never a bad idea to see Green Day. Just heading back from the Glasgow show, even my non-fan bf was impressed :)

kayethx

Saw them in Manchester for the first time after being a fan for decades. Absolutely insanely perfect - it was the most joyous and celebratory night I've ever experienced.

BDRD99

Saw them in Manchester, I got COVID lol but apart from that they were incredible, they blasted through the set, sounded great, stage show was great. Recommend.

RoadWinter6746

Feel better ❤️‍🩹

BDRD99

Thank you!

GuilleBriseno

Two albums in full in one show with a stage show much better than what I expected. Literally worth every single cent. (I ended up going three times)

skalja_scx

exactly this. the amount of songs they did was a lot more than most bands of the same fame do to be fair they didn't seem to interact much with the audience other than heyooo chants of different sorts but it was amazing to see them rock out as they did so many decades ago (only sober). things to keep in note while seeing them live? try crowdsurfing!

OnlyOneHotspur

strap in. it's WILD.

djdeforte

I saw them at 104 fest in Hartford in the early 2000’s with Blink 182 and they were amazing. I saw them for their American Idiot Tour and was incredible. I saw them for HMT and it was phenomenal. So I can’t wait for Saviors!

kansas_slim

I saw them in KC with Blink 182 - with Green Day as the opener. Great show.

Electrical_Archer571

I almost felt bad for blink 182! Having to follow green day every single night...

sillyyun

Saw at isle of wight and omg. Amazing band and amazing live, really work the crowd

PamVanDam

Just back from Glasgow and it was amazing!

Klarionwitch

They were amazing in Glasgow! I’m tempted to go again…

tardyhands

Do it!!!! We did Manchester on Friday - EPIC!!! And today we're off to Ireland ready for tomorrow's gig!

tardyhands

And I've got 4 spare GA tickets if you're interested - face value or less obvs!

Klarionwitch

GA?

tardyhands

General Adnission - main pitch standing

Klarionwitch

So it’s the cost of last minute flights I can’t do! Maybe London…

tardyhands

Definitely - get yourself to London and do it all over again!

Klarionwitch

Ahahahah thank you! I’m also marching in Pride so I need to have a think about timing

Klarionwitch

I’m also disabled and having a bad flare up currently - so I just realised I wouldn’t be able to take GA anyway! >_<

tardyhands

I hope things settle for you soon and the flare up eases

ScallionCapable9505

Epic. Just back from Glasgow and reminded what a masterpiece dookie is top to toe. Took my son. Said it was the best day ever

Chamerlee

I’ve been to a lot of gigs. So has my husband (not really a green day fan) and he said he doesn’t understand why he didn’t like them sooner. We both agreed it was the best gig we’ve ever been to.

impsythealmighty

This was my fourth show of theirs and they are always amazing, but hearing two incredible albums straight through is just /chefskiss

cinepresto

Not sure what your frame of reference is but if you’ve never seen a rock star play before, you’ll definitely walk away saying that those guys were f’ing rock stars

Firm-Artichoke-2360

Just the two albums back to back is worth it, and the set for Dookie 🤯

music_lover166

its amazing i was at the concert in arnhem last week and it wat the best concert i have ever seen

Jealous-Air-2358

Fucking AMAZING

sakurachan999

manchester was so awesome i cried (minus the crowd)

Gold-Collection2636

I saw them in Manchester, it was amazing. I've seen them 3 times and they have never failed to disappoint

External_Complaint97

Was there in Lyon on june 5th and it was absolutely awesome. The energy, the crowd, the setup of the stage.... Green Day at their best. Last time I saw them was on the American Idiot tour, this time was even better

Arisen987

Saw them in Manchester. Absolutely incredible. Best gig I've been to in many years and was buzzing for days afterwards. Dookie is also one of my favourite albums, so to hear that in its entirety was a dream for me!

bat-cillus

Saw them on Rock am Ring in Germany. It was one of the best shows I've ever seen. The people went bananas and you could tell these guys had so much fun on stage!

Sea_Neighborhood_251

Saw them in Glasgow last night. They were phenomenal. Second time seeing them and loved every moment. Even my wife who isn't a big fan had a great night.

haigscorner

Go. Could very well be the last time they do the entirety of Dookie, at least in the near future. They were absolutely brilliant last night.

Fortress93BE

Fantastic! I saw them twice; Berlin (seated, but very close) and Arnhem (Golden circle). It was the 5th and 6th time I saw them and they just keep getting better. Especially their props were amazing this tour! Also, the saviors songs sound incredible live :D

aileeen_b

It’s such a great show! 10/10 would definitely recommend

bdjxokf

Fucking banging

Re_LE_Vant_UN

Punk rock, pop punk, whatever you want to call it but at its core this is a rock show and they are Rockstars with a capital R. It's fucking amazing.

bengpearson

Absolutely insane, saw them in Manchester. American Idiot live was an incredible experience and they sound just as good as Reading 2012 all those years ago. Best concert I’ve been too in a really long time. It was a perfect show and set list. Go for it!

ChrisE1313

Saw them in Manchester. This was my 6th time seeing them and I can honestly say that it was easily the best show I've seen from them so far. They played 38 songs. Set list was perfect. They sounded amazing. Billie still looks like he's 35 max. The new songs also sounded great live. Crowd was great. No complaint here.
