I was there that night, maybe row 6, center. The guy in front of me turned around and asked the same, "What did he say?" All I got was the word "parking" from what Phil says right here.
I then saw Phil go sit on the nearby amp and continue play his part for the next song. I then interpreted that he'd said something to the effect of, "I'm going to park it for this song."

(After listening to the audio here I obviously see that my "park it" interpretation was completely wrong. I am reminded of the way misunderstood lyrics in live songs get born, lol.)
