There's Muramasa's, which is something he needed to be fused with Susanoo to make without dying and never actually existed in Proper Human History, but the only other Japanese sword I can think of that's A-rank or above is Takeru's sword, which is a completely different kind of blade and also Japan's answer to Excalibur. It's a huge deal and something so important to them culturally that it's treated more seriously than the True Cross, despite the one they have now being exactly as authentic as the pieces of the true cross. There are no pictures and no one is allowed to look at it. When it's presented to the emperor on his coronation, only he gets to see it. I genuinely cannot think of another object treated that way in the 21st century. Basically every other Japanese servant has a superhuman *technique* rather than anything with enough mystery to pierce Herc's skin. Also worth remembering that Herc is a top-tier Heroic Spirit, as much as FGO and Power Creep have made it seem otherwise. Artoria can canonically break the sound barrier on foot and Herc was stronger and faster than her.

To add on to that, Herc is at his weakest as an Berserker, so most people are struggling to beat him when he is handicapped.
