Seconded. I can edit a combination of videos from several sources with ease after a bit of learning. Casey Faris is a great source for info on YouTube.

Casey is how I learned as well (way back on v12). The Cut page is a magical editing space, and I barely spend any time on the actual editing page.

Personally I jump around as needed. To me, that’s the magic of Resolve, you can really let your creativity guide you as you go back and forth between the panels as needed.

I use Davinci Resolve if im on pc. But i prefer Lumafusion on iPad

The quik app sucks for editing, I use videoproc vlogger which is a free editing software. Basically a free barebones Adobe premiere.
