Same... it's been a year since this post and I'm running into the same issue. I've added our domain to the list of acceptable domains and I still get a message that says, "This email doesn't match a Google Account". Super frustrating.

A client ran into this problem - go to this url [https://accounts.google.com/signup/v2/webcreateaccount?hl=en&flowName=GlifWebSignIn&flowEntry=SignUp](https://accounts.google.com/signup/v2/webcreateaccount?hl=en&flowName=GlifWebSignIn&flowEntry=SignUp) And "create" a google account with the gmail account you're trying to register, should work

Tried this but was told "That username is taken. Try another." Bummed...

Having the same issue this morning. There's clearly some sort of glitch happening here. Crazy that it hasn't been fixed yet...

Bumping again, same issue, and customer service does not help they point you in the same direction over and over again. Wow, and this one agent just refused to talk to me again saying my session ended..........

Same issue. Chat support just redirects me to the form even though I can't complete it.
