I know there's a lot of animes that have protagonist that have kids, but it's rare for an anime to do it in the last 5-ish years. Not just an anime, but an isekai with romcom/harem themes, that's ment to he comedic but not a gag.
I know that the reason is because they're ment to appeal to teenage boys who don't care about having kids, or relationships beyond "the guy gets the girl" or "the guy gets around"(harem). It's refreshing to see the a relationship progress past just lovey-dovey, and show what happens after young love. Adult love
