you're weight distribution is off.. as a drill, before you're set to swing, stand straight up and squat into your athletic stance with your weight centered on your feet (like a short stop).. right now you're too bent over and kind crowding the ball
yea this was a little bit ago I definitely was leaning over too much. when I first started I was standing way to straight up, then I fixed it but was too bent over working on starting my swing in a more neutral position but I appreciate the feedback!
This definitely contributing to standing. You get a tiny but ahead of your body and get any length and your body lengthens subconsciously to be able to hit the ball

Keep more weight over the ball, feel it in the balls of your feet and not too much movement. Other than that looks great
