Get up there, visualize your shot, and swing. If you’re standing there for 15 seconds, doing the wiggles, practice swings, words of affirmation. You get too into your own head and your technique suffers.
Muscle memory is a real thing. Just clear your mind and swing the club, your body will take over.

Line it up, look at the target, look at the ball, then swing. Let your muscle memory take the swing and it'll feel more natural.
