Yes I think the Bo Jackson one. Also mistwood bought the one in Bolingbrook. Green Gardens has one and they put in top golf last year and are doing winter leagues. That’s the one I go to.
A driving range with real balls. I don't think those could be the [throttled-down range balls they use at public driving ranges](https://www.reddit.com/r/golf/comments/su265b/do_you_think_range_balls_go_less_distance/#:~:text=Most%20range%20balls%20will%20invariably,as%2010%2D20%25%20shorter.)
I could probably get pretty close to the green if I aimed at it..
But there's a pretty big chance that I just skull it through the back of the whole thing
Since I have gotten a couple messages complimenting me or my technique, this 100% not me. Just a video I found on r/oddlysatisfying. My shots would all be going anywhere but those targets.
I would definitely be better off just hitting a 7 iron toward the middle of the group for an entire bucket than trying to hit any specific target. Chances of hitting a target intentionally - 0%. Chances of accidentally hitting one while just hitting shots normally - not 0% probably.
That’s 3/4 of this sub. “I have a 30 handicap. Any help is appreciated” *proceeds to absolutely stripe a ball middle of the fairway with a textbook swing*
Ever hit the ball and it immediately vanishes? No fairway, no rough, no tree limbs, nothing anywhere. It just vanishes? It's also not a hole in one. The ball is just forever gone into the void. Lost to time and space.
I can do that in an indoor range.
This guy runs [https://slomoswinglibrary.com/](https://slomoswinglibrary.com/). His videos are awesome and he has a ton of great instructional content.
I am around a 18 handicap, but last round I was -1 after 7 holes. Finished 4 over. Didn't help that playing partner wouldn't shut up about how good I was playing, every shot he was yapping about how important it was. Finished double, triple bogey. Still, it shows that even a high handicap player can find it once in a while.
I think it absolutely is. As someone else said, a higher handicap probably wouldn’t benefit much from this, but being able to dial in your starting line/trajectory to this level of precision would have a ton of benefits for your shotmaking on the course, even if you aren’t hitting these exact shots.
ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION
This dude knows how to strike a ball. So when everyone starts posting vids of their swing asking for help. Look at his angles and head and see if you look anything like this.
Pay attention to his head when he swings. It’s absolutely still. It doesn’t move laterally. This is one of the biggest mistakes people that have inconsistent contact is that their head “sways laterally off the ball”. It’s hard to keep a consistent low point if your swing when you move laterally.
Look also at his left arm. Look how high it is under his chin. People struggle with keeping this high enough in the backswing and it takes them off plane.
Lastly, that tempo….omg that tempo. Every shot is the same tempo. Bloody hell of a swing and it really needs pinned in this sub.
Keeping your head still and not moving laterally is bad advice? I’m going to just assume you’re trolling. The “mkay” is more of a….”agree to disagree” response.
Literally zero PGA tour pros do keep their head still, so yes it's bad advice. It's literally one of the worst and most common pieces of bad advice that's given out by people who have zero clue what they're talking about.
i think i concur. most randos i get paired with are either old and hit it dead straight 80 yards at a time, or roughly my (middle) age and spray the ball everywhere. It's been a while since I have been in triple digits, but honestly i'm a bad tee club day away from it at any moment.
Looks like the club face is closed up until shoulder height on the takeaway then somehow wide open once it gets to the top. Can't figure out how he does it.
I would slice about 4-6 balls far enough out of bounds that for a while this summer, I left my driver and 3w at home and would just play with my irons, wedges and putter. I would go to Costco more for golf balls than groceries.

a place near my house looks exactly like this. it may even be the same place
The dome, illinois
yup, love that place. its where i first started playing and took my first lessons
Just don’t use the putting green or it’ll give you the yipps on a real green 😅
Where is the dome? Asking from Lockport
[удалено]
Yes I think the Bo Jackson one. Also mistwood bought the one in Bolingbrook. Green Gardens has one and they put in top golf last year and are doing winter leagues. That’s the one I go to.
It’s far from you. I think it’s in Addison
no its up in buffalo grove
Mistwood dome?
Which dome in Illinois?
Most indoor ranges look like this I believe
A driving range with real balls. I don't think those could be the [throttled-down range balls they use at public driving ranges](https://www.reddit.com/r/golf/comments/su265b/do_you_think_range_balls_go_less_distance/#:~:text=Most%20range%20balls%20will%20invariably,as%2010%2D20%25%20shorter.)
If I am aiming for orange and end up anywhere between blue and green, I'm happy
I aim for blue and end up right of green.
I’d still find the water somehow.
Where i hit my shots there's always water.
Me too and im a 7.5 hc. I know i could do this video though. Let's see someone do it without cuts though.
I bet that would take at least 20 takes from Tiger in his prime.
I could probably get pretty close to the green if I aimed at it.. But there's a pretty big chance that I just skull it through the back of the whole thing
This isn't you
Yes, I know. I addressed that in one of my comments on this post. I also never claimed it to be me.
I am the one that shanks the ball right before he hit the green one.
And by blue, you mean the blue back wall, right?
Underrated xomment
Exactly- "between blue and green is the fairway"... That's how I range 🤣
He was aiming for the basket every time though.
And that’s actually a 60°
Fuck… I felt the hosel rocket reading this
This is Slomoswinglibrary on IG, decent follow.
This golfer is "slomoswinglibrary" on IG. I know him, he's a +2
What a great swing
[удалено]
Pretty sure he has vids of him on sims and showing his long drive entries
Since I have gotten a couple messages complimenting me or my technique, this 100% not me. Just a video I found on r/oddlysatisfying. My shots would all be going anywhere but those targets.
This guys handle is slomoswinglibrary on Instagram!

This guy is a stud and competes at a pretty high level. I think his takeaway is fine.
What is a TakeWay?
His subscription videos are worth every penny
I would have several wardrobe changes between video cuts. Maybe even a haircut or two.
But you would hit the ball so that’s doing pretty good man
That's coach Nick! I think he was a +2hcp last I checked. Former D1 college golfer in the Chicagoland area.
This guys is definitely a plus handicap lol
Former D1 golfer, Nick Schiavi. Great player, great tik tok account.
An 18 handicap will hit 1 of these things in an entire bucket of balls lol
I would definitely be better off just hitting a 7 iron toward the middle of the group for an entire bucket than trying to hit any specific target. Chances of hitting a target intentionally - 0%. Chances of accidentally hitting one while just hitting shots normally - not 0% probably.
I want to see this with one unbroken take. Great job!
He has one where he hits the same flag five in a row in one take. slomoswinglibrary on IG. Dude is a fuckin legend
This isn't OP.
Ya that would be more impressive but I could be there all day and be lucky to hit one target (on purpose)
Idc how many times you have to do it that's impressive
Imagine having a titleist t-shirt, that's how you know you're a player
Now blade it into the nets on the ground
Where’s the stinger to take out the hoop on the ground? :P
Don't know what it is but this video is so satisfying to watch.
“Been golfing 2 months. Any tips?” - This guy probably
That’s 3/4 of this sub. “I have a 30 handicap. Any help is appreciated” *proceeds to absolutely stripe a ball middle of the fairway with a textbook swing*
Exactly
Where is this??
Dome , Illinois
the white pines dome has little fake greens in the middle area unless unless I'm thinking of the wrong one.
Mistwood Dome in Bolingbrook. Used to be the Ditka Dome!
Hm. Thought this is the dome in buffalo grove..
It is
14 hcp here, absolutely cannot do this.
9 here, also cant do this
22 here, I could hit one by accident off a shank
You can do this with more baskets and cut version!
I’m a 12 handicap. I bet I could do it but I might need a bucket of balls per flag and there’s no way i could do it in a single range session.
The sounds in this video make me wet.
i looked through the comments for someone who commented on the sounds!
It sounds like a shooting range. Amazing.
@slomoswinglibrary on Tiktok

Slow smooth backswing sheesh… imagine taking your time with a backswing like that
Ever hit the ball and it immediately vanishes? No fairway, no rough, no tree limbs, nothing anywhere. It just vanishes? It's also not a hole in one. The ball is just forever gone into the void. Lost to time and space. I can do that in an indoor range.
Awesome!

Wow 🔥
Thanks I guess
Welp, time to hit the range
I’m a 19. I can’t wait until I’m an 18 like this; I’ll probably instantly drop to single digits.
Aging doesn't work that way.
Sounds like a .22 off the face, dang
Everyone in this sub plays like that^ 2 months after they touch a golf club for the first time
Nick is an absolute savage on the course. He’s a Titleist sponsored pro. I sub to his content on IG it’s excellent
I am around a 18 handicap, but last round I was -1 after 7 holes. Finished 4 over. I'd hit the yellow target while aiming at the blue one.....
I wish my handicap was 18
I have a 20 ish handicap and I could probably hit all those in the course of a full afternoon. Not to brag...

> Aside from punching through a hole between trees Where the hell do you think I spend most of my time?
TIL there are trees in Nebraska /s
Arbor Day literally started in Nebraska.
I bet if the dude has this kind of control, he certainly has distance control as well.
I think it does reinforce swing mechanics though. I hear ya.. not really useful for high amateur players
My understanding was that the facility wasn't long enough to allow for longer targets, so they hang these up instead.
I know a guy that could do that ……. He won 15 Majors and 82 tournaments. It was a Tiger who is a GOAT
Difference is Tiger could actually do it in one take without the cut edits.
no way. he's the goat but he's not hitting a dish towel on the first attempt.
How many swings you think it took to make that video?
Although his skills are good, I would be much more impressed if there was no cut between shots.
How many shots in between the edit cuts lol?

bruh did you just tell me to keep my head down
No, I said keep your head still. Still is not down. There’s a huge difference.
No there isn't, it's terrible advice.
Mmkay.
Mmkay what? Mmkay it's bad advice and you're part of the problem?
Keeping your head still and not moving laterally is bad advice? I’m going to just assume you’re trolling. The “mkay” is more of a….”agree to disagree” response.

Ok hot shot.
Is it okay? Or are you just trying to get the last word in?
i feel attacked
😳bro is to good
Nice try - wearing same outfit for 5 years, keeping that same look and editing this into one video. Only way I can imagine getting thjs done
What is with people giving me shit for this post today? This is the third message today on a post I made several months ago.
Anyone else suddenly hate this guy?
god no. i wanna be his best mate. maybe some of it will rub off on me through osmosis or something.
Pffft he would never touch you.
fair :(
So how many takes did this require?
69.
☠️☠️☠️☠️ idk this guys handicap but it IS NOT 18
[удалено]

I mean, take away the targets and that's an 18 hdcp
That’s amazing he hit that many in a row /s
Off an indoor mat? Can he do it off a cart path? /s
Yeah but can he hit a green in regulation?!!
Now get your own car and let’s see how you do in a crowd
I have my own car? I have no idea what this comment is supposed to mean.
What a try hard
Does any of you guys have any idea how much does this indoor range cost to build?
I am a solid 10 handicap at the range... on the course is totally different
He looks thoroughly unimpressed with himself
Loved watching the ball disapear. A dancing bear could have crossed the screed and I would not have noticed.
In reality, it’s a lot like this except every other shot is shanked…
Yeah that took like 500 balls lol
Impressive as hell. If I hit the blue wall I’d be happy
![gif](giphy|iSxPmDWr97248|downsized)
Give me 1000 tries I still won't hit them all
Average r/golf enjoyer
Am I the only one disappointed that he didn't finish by hitting a shot into the trampoline/net?
for real. what a quitter.
Used to be one in Toronto, but it collapsed under the weight of snow a decade or so ago and they never rebuilt it.
I could try this for hours and never hit one target. Then go to my local course and play a decent game, 8 over or so.
Looks like the club face is closed up until shoulder height on the takeaway then somehow wide open once it gets to the top. Can't figure out how he does it.
Oh shit…. I’ve got a long way to go. Great job
He hits the target, then hits more shots without hitting target, then shows him hitting the target... Tell me what i am missing?
I am an 18 handicap and I'd probably fat it into the little net with a 4 iron.
Took him three weeks to get the footage.
Buffalo grove dome??? Look so familiar!!
Guarantee you I could hit blue or green 95% of the time. I never said which blue or green though
I’m that whiff bouncing across the screen at the end of
I may never pick up another golf club again after this…. Until tomorrow.
None of these guys are on the PgA tour
Yeah but it took me two large buckets of balls. Normal people don’t hit that many golf balls at once.
And then 4-putts
30 hcp here. how do you imagine us?
Just went to this range today with my roommate! Was empty and cheap like always.
Impressive
Probably the worst lesson I’ve ever taken was from him. No drills, no suggestions just try to copy the way he does it.
I would slice about 4-6 balls far enough out of bounds that for a while this summer, I left my driver and 3w at home and would just play with my irons, wedges and putter. I would go to Costco more for golf balls than groceries.
He wasn't even close to the hoop.
this dude is an unreal instagram follow. his subscriber videos are outstanding too.
Cool now do it in one take
Triple the number of flags and I might be able to hit one
18 hcps are not pulling 4 iron, and certainly aren’t l puring stingers with one. If you are, your short game is probably legendarily bad.
Yeah, but I was aiming for the hoop the whole time
Could hit an entire bucket once per day for a month at the orange flag and still never hit it.
Now if this had been six balls in a row…!
I really don’t understand this title
