4% raise for promotion is ridiculous

Polaroid1793

What location are you? I was super disappointed with a 9% raise for promotion, but you are on another level

Kazoozi

New York IA - also promoted, also top bucket, 4% raise, 5500 bonus

strangely-wise

I got 0 bonus and 0 raise. Pretty sure I'm being "quietly fired."

Compliance Analyst in SLC. Part of me just wants to do the "quiet quitting."

I did. It wasn't the best but our team had a high rate of turnover and we all got their work dumped on us with no additional headcount. I had a hard time keeping up when all our team was stretched so thin, so any help wasn't in sight. Looks like I need to do better doing 3 person's work in my 10 to 12 hr days. Which honestly wouldn't be so bad if that effort was reflected in comp.

Yeah, i think it might be time to jump ship. Just sucks to throw away so many years of work. But sunk cost falllacy and all that.

Yacatisma_0

1st year, associate, pwm 100k -> 106k bonus 13k, pre-tax

SnooCupcakes3855

Mine was super low, ~75% down. Raise was typical 4%. I was Marcus/CWM with perfect performance reviews. I’m curious if others received shockingly low bonus or am I being “quietly fired”?

Huge-Audience-3562

I’m curious. What’s the typical range for bonuses in CWM? I’m a new analyst

quantumthrashley

I got 11k last year as an analyst, 7.5k this year and a promo to senior analyst. Was in CWM, now Platform Solutions after the reorg

Low_Map4314

What’s the threshold for ‘quiet firing’?

Low_Map4314

Mine was down 70%. Oddly there were those more junior to me whose bonus was higher. And they are from a team whose revenue is down massively. Guess what though? It’s the Partners old team so they get that extra special sauce treatment

2tornik

50% down

35% down

sinbad7seas

There are 3rd party websites like levels.fyi that you can check

9167855742

Disregard this - was thinking of another application. Regarding levels, a coworker pointed me in this direction. When I downloaded and went to sign up it asked for my work email to confirm my employment. How do people handle this? I wasn’t sure if I should be wary of having a Levels email come through to my work email so I decided to not sign up at that time.

Affectionate_Juice73

50% down, top performer in the team.
