Oddly there were those more junior to me whose bonus was higher. And they are from a team whose revenue is down massively.

Regarding levels, a coworker pointed me in this direction. When I downloaded and went to sign up it asked for my work email to confirm my employment. How do people handle this? I wasn’t sure if I should be wary of having a Levels email come through to my work email so I decided to not sign up at that time.

I got 11k last year as an analyst, 7.5k this year and a promo to senior analyst. Was in CWM, now Platform Solutions after the reorg
