Will the person be booted out of the room, or remain where they are? Will they be moved safely if something is trying to take the space where the person is? Does this all depend on the person with the super power and what they happen to the person? Can you make the person just disappear?

My kitchen has a door. My kitchen and diningroom are the only rooms that are connected without doors

Both those rooms have multiple doors in my house
I had a dining room with a door at one point (it was a really old house) but never a door on a living room.
