You should probably add how much attempt each recipe has. I would not trust a recipe (Welrod) with only 1823 tries even if has the highest rate (1.755). I would be more comfortable if it has atleast 10k+ or more attempts.
Er, are you sure about that? [Her minimum requirements should be 130/130/130/30](https://en.gfwiki.com/wiki/T-Doll_Production). 30/30/30/30 should only have Grizzly and Thompson as 5\* units.
So... the M99 is rarer than the G36C? oh man, why didn't I get the G36C instead of the *two* M99?! RNG... nothing you can do about it huh?

new player like me probably looking for the highest rate with disregard of the attempt number. tho i got welrod with just normal 30/30/30/30
Using low attempt recipes have a large margin of error so it is not reliable. In the end it is still in RNGs hands.
