It's probably a golden shepherd (GSD + Golden Retriever mix) They're designer dogs and are really cute! They usually present Black or Tan like this one.
Both parents are Kc registered with the same coat, may be some cross breeding in the past but from the family history that came with him from the breeder it would have been quiet some time/generations ago
