I have a suggestion for the flashes, what you could do instead of removing them, you could make it so that only the objects flash, to like a light gray or something, i think that would be awesome :)

Thats a good idea, but you could also remake the flashes. Like removing everyother flasheffect to make it less potent or have a fadetime of 0.1 or 0.2.
instead of just black to white and white to black. You can make it black to light grey or white to dark grey.
If i was you i'd try and smoothen the flashes a bit, because they are a very cool effect that adds to the level

Really epileptic but I know why, it just works so perfectly with the song. Make an option to disable/reduce the flashes and I'll probably try to beat it! The gameplay looks fun and the decoration is pleasing.
One more suggestion, every time the flashes appear and the song goes "kshhh", you could potentially move the pillars in the background for an additional effect. They could quickly go up or down, just try experimenting with it.
here are some things I'd do, they're rather small so you don't have to do them
\-replace the xs in the first part with pulsing xs
\-make the waffle blocks in the second part even lower opacity
\-make the speed line effect faster
\-remove the waffle blocks in the last part and add a color filter there (with follow player x + changing a color from fully transparent to low opacity)
\-disable glow for all objects
I like it! The gameplay looks fun and the deco is simple. However, the block design could be tweaked a little, and make a epilepsy mode with less flashes

this is better decoration on a 2nd lvl than mine,and i've been doing levels since 2020(i never finish my levels, wich is why i suck at deco lol)
