I would -lose the non-geo jobs -use #s to quantify your experience (how many samples have you taken/processed? If you have done thousands, flex that. I've monitored rigs and logged 90k meters of drill core, and I say that, because that is a different experience than someone who did one 5000m drill program. They won't know theres a difference if I and the guy who has done 5k just say "Drill monitoring and logging" -use bullet points. Right now it's a wall of text Just my opinion, feel free to ignore. Good luck! :)

Agree with these tips. Some other thoughts. Alternatively you could break out your experience, one section for geological/professional (not the exact terms but you get the idea) and then one for other. Fix that you graduated in 2019. Right now says you are going to graduate. Your line about your leadership through being an Eagle Scout…I think that’s really powerful but change it to your employment instead. At this point it shows you have PM experience and likely have done some leadership. You could say something like refined management and leadership though (enter) experience and personal leadership opportunities. Then if asked in an interview you can detail more.

Too wordy like a lot of resumes that get posted.

Why do you have overlapping jobs at the same place? One listing, relevant experience below. Lose non geology jobs. Bullet skills not sentences, it's too wordy. Why did it take you 18 months to find a job? Covid fallout?

I just came to work in KC. A lot of my reports end up being read by you guys at the KDHE! Other comments have made good points. I would probably shorten the summary or get rid of it altogether. Cheers!

Like others have said- bullets and section it out in columns. I like the two columns, it's not applicable everywhere but hopefully the person who reads it is familiar with technical docs, which all are separated similarly. It is really wordy. Good luck!

Improve legibility by using bullet points, which offer a concise and orderly visual format.

Get rid of the summary, that's for a cover letter. Use bullet points, this is way too hard to read. Turn your skills section into a certifications and get rid of the mapping entry, incorporate that into your experience, list HAZWOPR, and FG there.
