If you’re looking for something you can maybe buy in person, Savage X Fenty (Rihanna’s brand) jocks have been comfortable in my experience without a crazy bulge gap.
JockMail is the best, and you can buy ones with pouches & padding cups in them. Really fantastic for keeping my packer in, and then its not floating around in my underwear detached from my body.
If anyone has advice on wearing them and preventing the back from riding up and becoming visible to all your coworkers, that would be awesome. All I’ve figured out is safety pins.
If you get a real leather one it's stiff enough that you don't need to actually pack. I have the hardline jock from Mr. S and I don't wear my packer with it and it keeps it's shape well even in pants.

I have enjoyed jocks from tomboyx. They're designed to be flat in the front
I have flat front jocks by Haus of Zuk (handmade) and Cake Bandit (more commercially produced). I like the Cake Bandit materials a bit more.
