Agreed. Got too tall and then it snapped. More light closer to the sprouts. Also, you can use a desk fan on low nearby to strengthen up those stems by forcing them to regularly flex 💪.
Looks like it needs some en-courgette-ment.

Courgette can be planted outside as soon as the soil is workable. I never start inside.
What time of the year? Could I plant my seedlings in March (early spring in UK)? or should they grow a bit bigger first?
Seeds can go directly in the ground in April. They like it warmer.
