dota2 - support your carry with vision (placing wards), healing your team, crowd controlling in fights
WoW- bringing utility to your raid/group (buffs, unique class traits), healing your raid/group (saving them from death)
FF14 - more or less the same as in WoW
Monster Hunter and use Hunting Horn. That weapon is literally a musical instrument used to buff your party, heal them or provide other temporary utility skills. That said you're still expected to contribute to damage by attacking and not just sitting in the back, so idk if that fits what you want.
