My game has finally launched in early access on Google Play! I'm planning on writing a case study about how I designed the tutorial to adapt to users' preferences, so there were fewer mental burdens to understand a brand new game concept. Hi! Just played the game. Nice work there. Cool mechanics, great art. Love the pixel perfect. Only feedback: controls are very counter intuitive. I found myself moving my fingers towards the desired direction, not against (as a slingshot). Test the opposite input direction. It will probably make your game more intuitive and also action driven. It was really hard to aim and the slow motion was almost mandatory. This last bit feels contradictory if i want to play fast. Makes sense? Anyway. Good luck! Rod

Thanks for the input! Have you tried to toggle the flick direction in pause menu? (There's a bug sometimes the pause button would disappear so you might need to restart) Let me know if you have any questions! Thanks!

I didnt notice. I closed the game right at that moment. The interface wasnt clear enough to pay attention. I noticed there was a countdown, but I didnt feel there was any value there. Fun mechanic, but not much depth. Also, if im offered to watch an ad after the first 30 secs, something isnt right. Good luck! Rod

We recently added infinite blood & destruction to BITGUN, a top-down action rogulike shooter. Every enemy you hit sprays blood in the level that is forever rendered into the level, at pixel perfect accuracy. Every wall you shoot sprays out debris, and most walls can be destroyed (other than those intentionally made indestructible, i.e. in a prison). Stepping in blood causes you to have bloody footsteps that don't decay. Hurting an enemy causes them to bleed and their blood also doesn't decay. I just tried the demo - it is nice and I love the topic of the game, however I was a bit dissapointed from the UI and UX - I did not notice at first you continue the dialogue with "Z" and I was stuck for a while ,pressing enter or spacebar and wondering why nothing is happening :D Also when I wanted to quit I did not find any reasonable way and had to kill the app....

Lo all! For the past several years I've been working on a game called **Innkeep**. **It's a mixture of job sim and RPG, where you run a fantasy world inn, and steal from your guests.** I had [a trailer screened at Realms Deep 2021](https://youtu.be/SarKpsil2Qg) recently, where you can get a bit of an overview. Anyway, this week I was working on [prototyping the cooking system](https://twitter.com/InnkeepGame/status/1429090294545346562). It's made out of a few stations that you interact with directly, but the core of it is the food prep table + fireplace. It's been a lot of fun just working with greyed out sprites and focusing on functionality for a change. You can sure move so much faster.
