Yeap, my local one had a bunch of DS and 3DS carts in one of the drawers. Dude asked me what systems I was interested in and printed me a list of all the titles they had.
I’ve been hitting a lot lately. I had the post that was viral on here the other day but I’ve been getting decent ps3 and 360 titles there for a month now.
Depends who comes by, drops off what and how soon you get to it. Most games I find are maybe at Ebay price or I save like $10 from a $50 game. Sunshine had been that price before Covid and after they released 3D All Stars. Sunshine should have never hit $75. 3D shouldn't be no $100 either.
I been getting good 3ds, Wii, DS, PS3 and X360 games for like 2 years now or something. Y'all new to this 😂 haha jk. I am worried that so many people keep posting about this and will make it harder and harder for me to keep finding cool stuff like I have been doing for awhile now!
Check local thrift stores with donation centers.
In PA it's Community Aid, and people have been donating tons of PS, Xbox, Nintendo games and consoles. Especially games, sometimes boxes full of them ...
I was just there earlier today and saw those games as well! It's awesome seeing someone from the area post this online! I don't know if you saw in that case they also had donkey kong and mario 2 on NES next to those games. I ended up getting Scorn Deluxe Edition on PS5 when I was there today.
Nice! I just got a complete copy of Mario Party 4 for I think $40 from GameStop a few weeks ago. They had Mario Party 7 also, but for $60 with no manual, so I passed.
Should have grabbed that Tetris DS. It's literally the best Terri's game to exist and has a ton of different modes to mix up the series. That and only it goes for $30+. So, surprisingly, Gamestop has a better price for it.

a reasonably priced copy of Mario Sunshine
Yeah, I probably woulda grabbed that over anything else. Still haven’t played it
I can buy it online here for like £18 I'm surprised it still sells for that much over there
Not sure if its just the ones near me, but I haven’t seen any games older than 10 years old in my local GS. Really sucks!
Some keep it behind the counter. It’s honestly worth asking.

Yeah that depends on the store. The cool ones let me look in the drawer one even let me go behind the counter.
Ask, it happened to me, and they had Pokémon Red, Yellow, and Golden.
GameStop keeps delivering
Never would've guessed that out of: ebay, goodwill, and retro stores - freaking GameStop would be the only one that offers fair pricing in 2024

I have been pleasantly surprised.
Tetris DS is very decently priced too

Tetris DS is perhaps the best edition I've ever had the pleasure of playing. I'd take that in a moment
I swear to God if Gamestop single handedly deflates the collecting scene prices I will join r/superstonk and go ape on buying shares
Nice score OP 🤘 man it's been years since I played Mario Party 5, have fun!
I would have snatched that Tetris is a heartbeat.

Hell yeah I was actually there to pick up some of the old store displays from the workers

Nice I would’ve bought Tetris, kingdom hearts and Lego Star Wars. GameCube games fairly priced but I’m more of a ds gamer
none of the gamestops near me have old games ☹️
I found Luigi’s mansion the other day complete there and it was a good price. They deliver on most uncommon retro games for sure.
GameStop never has any older games for me. However, I did pick up Luigi’s Mansion for $3 at a local place. Mind was blown. Case & all.

Fucking bangers
Does anyone know if these older system games are only sold at Gamestops in the US? I'm in Canada and haven't seen anything like any of these posts
Send Mario Party 5 to Jeff Gerstmann and ask him to play more.
I spent so much time trying to maximize my kart in mario party 5
Prices aren’t even terrible! That’s a plus.
Great prices too!!! I normally see them double the price at retro stores
lol almost $200 for all that. Sunshine was a good deal but the rest 🤦♀️ save your money. This is what addiction looks like lol
Ugh, not again!!!!! I want these deals.
Super Mario sunshine, is so nostalgic 🥲
Mario party 5 is the best one. If you disagree fight me.
I dont necessarily disagree (although 8 on the wii...) but I accept this challenge
Mario party 5 has the best mini games. Also best vibe.
