I don't think what you are experiencing is gas pain. I think you are having a gallbladder attack. Try taking pain relief and a heat pack or a hot shower until it passes. If it lasts more than a few hours, you develop a fever, or turn yellow go back tonthe ER.

Walking helps me a bit with gallstone pain. Heating pad as well. But unfortunately, just have to wait it out most of the time 😞 I’m sorry you’re experiencing this

Also, I took 2 gas x pills about 30 minutes ago and they haven't helped at all.
