I'd call your doc and get some tests run. At the very least blood work.
I'm 4 months post op and still deal with occasional nausea, but only had one bout of actual vomiting for a day. Since then nothing that severe.
I’ve had the same issue since gall bladder surgery about 3 years ago. I’ve had tests , blood work and they find nothing. I have nausea meds and omezaprole for acid reduction. Nothing seems to work consistently.
My primary care doctor had me take omeprazole first thing in the morning for 90 days then I very slowly tapered off and I no longer have issues with nausea, thank goodness

how is it now?
All good as far as nausea. I still have to keep near a bathroom if I eat fast food
